Distance from the Hampton Inn UN Medical Center Area: 7.8 miles (~16 min drive)

Distance from the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel: 7.2 miles (~14 min drive)

Rideshare cost should be less than $20.

Getting to the Workshop

The venue is 0.3 miles (8-min walk) from the Hampton Inn and 0.9 miles (20-min walk) from the Kimpton Cottonwood. Rideshare services are an option as well.

Please note that there is no parking for attendees at the workshop location on the University of Nebraska Medical Center campus. 

Food and Beverage

Food and beverage will be covered at no cost to attendees. This includes Wednesday evening dinner, breakfast/lunch/dinner on Thursday, and Friday morning breakfast. There is no registration fee for this year's meeting. There will be vegan options available, but we are unable to accommodate other special dietary needs.

Note: Attendees will be responsible for covering all travel and hotel expenses from the funds put into the grants for this purpose. Those of you with T32s awarded under NOFOs that did not include funds to attend this meeting will be able to request support via a supplement to help with travel costs.
