The meeting will take place virtually (via Zoomgov) from September 27-29, 2023.

Meeting Objectives

The goal of this meeting is for networking among current Fogarty International Center (FIC) grantees working on addressing chronic, non-communicable diseases and disorders across the lifespan in the following FIC programs:

Specific objectives include:

  1. Providing a forum for the grantees, researchers and trainees associated with FIC NCD grants to share about their research and research training programs.
  2. Providing an opportunity for the NIH program administrators to network with FIC NCD program grantees. 
  3. Engaging in thoughtful discussion about key and evolving issues and fields as identified by the attendees and program staff before and at the meeting.
